Rational Centaur
Centaurs lacked a rational design. All right, the human part gave them the ability to reason like (???) men, as well as handle objects, throw weapons, etc. But a human mouth absolutely could not eat enough food for such a big body, along with several other biological cons.
Well, this solution, which is a much more rational one, would let a centaur handle objects, hit enemies by a spear, and feed as much as he needs. Next time ask a counselor first, Mr Zeus.

The Chupacabra?
A conjecture which would fit the 'descriptions' quite well: a medium sized meat-eater dinosaur, belonging to the same group as Velociraptor and Deinonychus. Warm blooded, with a light fur which in fact is a kind of down. Did it escape from some GE laboratory?
Anyway, here comes the long-toothed, dog-muzzled Chupacabrasaurus.

For he's a jolly good artist
Justin Gibbens reworks the wonderful 19th century animal illustrations and creates funny, clever surrealist works. Visit his website: you may discover, e.g., why sperm whales sometimes tilt their heads so dangerously.
Thank Debbie for recommending him.

Superpulchrosaurus sicarius
The neck spikes are a lethal defense weapon.
The back structure has both a thermal and an esthetic function.
10 & Z10 --- 41
1. Himalayasaurus, from Amargasaurus
2. Brooklynosaurus, from Diplodocus, that in fact means "double [bone] beam"

10 & Z10 --- 40
1. A big chameleon-like dino.
2. A "literal Stegosaurus," being able to use its tail both as a roof (stégos, in Greek) and as a weapon.

Dalirium tremendous #2
From Dali's illustrations of the Bible. This one was unlabelled, but supposedly refers to the New Testament, i.e. to the Book of Revelation of John (the "Apocalisse"): the hellish monsters called "locusts."

10 & Z10 --- 39
1. A tiny dino-bird (length: 10 to 15 cm), so light-framed that it can have the wind transport it by puffing out its skin balloons. Its gecko feet make it capable of sticking to the big dinosaurs, where it feeds on vermins, insects, etc.
2. Pachycephaloraptor is a small carnivore (height: about 40 cm), but quite dangerous nonetheless, since its skull is armored like Pachycephalosaurus'.

December 1-2 Night's Dream
A beautiful girl, sporty body - she wears a light gray top -, long platinum blond hair. Thin face, big eyes, turned-up nose, thin lips. She got three arms. The extra shoulder blade being set under the left one, slightly external to it.
10 & Z10 --- 38
1. A kind of Microraptor whose wings terrify medium-sized predators by imitating the face of Tyrannosaurus; see the actually existing "owl butterflies."
2. A slim, crested, fast running Iguanodon.
